Hello!
My mother's applications has been transferred to VO in Mexico. I am a little bit worried because I haven't received any request to pay or do the biometrics. I saw on te website that the biometrics should be required for her. Is there anyone in the same situation? I was invited in the second round.

I was using my mom’s Name, DOB, passport info and DESTINATION CITY ...etc as she hasn’t got her case number and UCI but still keeps failing.

Your mom should renew her passport asap.

If you’re between 14 and 79 years old, you need to give your fingerprints and photo for all permanent resident applications. May be they exempt he. It’s better to call ircc to have more information

They only ask biometrics for my dad and little brother. My mother is here with super visa and they don’t for her

As per my PPR email:

you will need to submit original passport(s) for you and each accompanying family member. Your passport(s) should be valid for at least 6 months and have at least two blank pages


so get them renewed ASAP!

Hi, is here anybody with separated status was approved as sponsor? I'm just wondering did you included separated spouse in family size or no? According to tweeter separated is still legally married and I need to include. Please advise, as i don't have enough income, if i include my separated spouse. Thanks

Yes you have to include spouse if you are not divorced because you could get back together at anytime. That is why you need to count your spouse. Have you filed for divorce? You’ll hVe to decide whether you want to proceed. If you do you can submit your finalized divorce information and hopefully it will be considered. Are you filing for PGP2018? The processing has gone pretty far at this point.

I filed the divorce and I am divorced from 2017, but in 2016 I was separated. Then why I cannot fill information in point 8 1344 form, if I select legally divorced status? I have separation agreement too. Is here anyone who has refused for short income, for not including separated spouse?
