Today my son got a letter from CPC Miss. informed that your MNI is less than assessment year for 4 person. I dont know why after one year they told that. Till today my status showing in CIC is IN PROCES

IRCC is extremely strict about MNI. Even $1 short, would not be accepted.
Here is MNI for 4 persons:
2015: $57,642
2016: $58,768
2017: $59,426
2018: $60,271
If you are a 2018 applicant, IRCC has looked at MNI for 2015-17. If you believe your son's income has met MNI for those three years and IRCC somehow has miscalculated, he can make an appeal and provide proof of income.
If that is not the case, there might be some other options which may give you a very slim chance to return the refusal:
1- If your son's income meet MNI for 2016-18, he may provide the proof of income (NOA) and ask IRCC for reconsidering the case.
2- If your son is married and her wife is not already his co-signer and her income helps to meet MNI, she may be added as co-signer. Then he can appeal. However he would need to provide enough evidence why she was not on the file on the first place.
However I'd suggest you consult with an immigration lawyer for possible options before taking any actions.

If you are 2018 applicants.. so the Lico is 2015 - 2017 but you had baby 2018, did they count the baby to the Lico even the baby was not there to the 3 years taxes?

Well i think the guide clearly says that

If your family size changes
If your family size changes during the processing of your sponsorship application, the income requirements you need to meet for each applicable year will also change,

That means dont plan for family till done with sponsorship application or make sure you counted new added members for all the years as well.

Hi everyone, I’m the 2nd row applicant in 2018. My sponsorship changed to decision made on Feb 26 and PR application changed to in process the same date. So far, I haven’t received any SA. Anyone has the same situation? Not sure if the sponsorship passed or not.

Folks, good news!!!

I just wanted to mention that my parents received their stamped passports with the PR Visa from New Delhi Visa office yesterday!!

Here is my timeline, can someone update the spreadsheet (line 115/mave777) please?

Invitation received: 20th Mar, 2018
Application submitted: 16th May, 2018
AOR received: 23rd Aug, 2018
Medical request: 24th Oct, 2018
Medicals done : 12th Nov, 2018
Re-medical request: 20th Nov, 2018
Re-medicals done: 3rd Dec, 2018
Also, additional docs request(online upload): 20th Nov, 2018 (PCC, IMM5562 for Supplementary Travels and once again, biometric page of passport)
I uploaded these within a week.

Application account updated with "Pre-arrival services" information letter: Dec12, 2018
Passport Request: Feb 11th, 2019
Passport submitted at VAC office: 26th Feb, 2019
Passport received (via VAC) at NDVO: 28th Feb, 2019
Stamped Passport received back home: 13th Mar, 2019 ( via Blue Dart).

The visa is valid from Mar2019 - Nov2019 so they have to land anytime within this window, hope this gives a rough idea of timelines!

My file transferred to HongKong office now, I heard they are slow. I got email this morning, they are requesting a long list of documents, some of them I submitted already, and some of the documents only for Chinese I think. Anyone know how to get a copy of Hukou (household register) accompanied by a notarized translation? My mom is in Canada on visitor visa now. We don't have this Hukou on hand.

Also they are requesting original copy of PCC in the same email, do I need to get PCC in Canada as my mom stay here for more than 6 months before?

And I got Medical exam form on my CIC account right after I received email from Hong Kong office.

Has he kept the income above the MNI for the past year? Has he got his SA approval before that?

I heard Hong Kong is ok in processing time, and my case was supposed to be in HK as per my frd.

It is a lot of trouble to get additional documents from China. Notarized Hukou is same you do with Chinese PCC. make a copy of every page that has a name and cover of the Hukou and notarized at GongZhengChu. Ask your family in China to do it for her.

Since they are close to mainland China geographically, they know well about all types of documents in China....

Thanks for the input. Do you mind share your experience about how to apply for Canada PCC? Any link would be helpful.

My problem is my Mom is going to go back to China next week, good thing is she can go back and prepare the PCC and Hukou stuff, but I don't know how to get Canada PCC if she's in China.
