one more quick question, i recived the PCC request as message in GC key, no email revived . Earlier I received the medical request through the email. Aftre medical done, them i linked the application to GC key. Maybe that's why i am not getting anymore emails like before. Like i said before, i have uploaded the PCC through GC key and the status is reviewing . Also i send a scanned copy of the PCC to Ottawa, two days before, But yesterday i received mail from Ottawa telling that, they could not open the PCC since it does not meet the requirement. But this same file got uploaded in the GC key. Anyway, i send them the PCC again a reply to the email which i received. lets see what happens. i send the scanned copy just to make sure they get everything on time. any thoughts from your side ?? tnx in advance...
There is a specific guideline which should have been communicated in the email (or official form for PCC). Not entirely sure whether this differs per LVO, but mine (Manila) says following when you are submitting PCC through email:
• Do not use an icloud domain or any file sharing websites
• Each document must be in PDF format (.pdf) and not exceed 2.0MB
• Each PDF file must contain only one type of document. If several documents/forms are requested,
save each type of document separately. For example, if you were requested to submit completed
IMM5406 Additional Family Information forms for yourself and your spouse, your completed
form must be saved in one (1) .PDF file extension name and your spouse’s in another PDF file
• If your submission includes a cover letter, this must be saved separately in one (1) PDF file
• Documents must be readable and easy to view
• The file name of each PDF document must follow this format:
Application number<space>Last Name<space>Given Name<space>Type of Document
Example: E12345678 Smith John Additional Family Information form
I've done initially through MyCIC, then followed up with email as I was kind of late for one or two days in MyCIC account, explaining why as well.
Hope this helped.
