We got an email stating that my mom, her spouse and dependants are eligible for receiving free pre-arrival services funded by the Government of Canada. What is this and why did we get it? Does it mean they will ask for the passport soon?
Did anyone get this document?

It’s pre-arrival services letter, I got it on September 26 , check the spreadsheet you will know how long you will get ppr after it, it is 0 day to a few months,

I'm currently in the process of sponsoring my parents. Application was submitted in 2017, they passed the medical check, they are now waiting for the background reviewing results.

I recently had a baby. I'm wondering if I need to report it? If so, how should I report it and will it prolong the process?
