yes PCC was done in India we just got one pcc . My family also lived all over the India but PCC is done country wise not state wise to just 1 PCC would be sufficien. But our lawyer said to send the PCC to Delhi immigration office as the application is in NDVO.

Correction medical was done in around april 2017

This is not bad probably. It means for ONCE the system worked and recognized you had an IME on file while other people keep telling the LVOs they have IME (from SuperVisa) already good but they get asked again and again.

Anyhow, they may or may not ask you for IME again given it's expired now. But it will run on your luck I guess given the disorganized state of CIC.

1- Does panel physician provide a sheet that shows COMPLETE on medical examinations required? or do they just provide the preliminary one which only shows some examinations complete and rest show REFERRED or REQUIRED.

What is the way to know if all was COMPLETE when the panel physician is not willing to provide a COMPLETE information sheet? This an overseas LVO so calling CIC won't help. Do ATIP notes show something that says ALL tests complete?

2- Are these the general tests everyone gets or should there be more or less?

CIC saying he’s been selected to sponsor his parents. However his sponsorship undertaking for me (wife) is still under effect... (which I believe is for 3 years since I became PR) now the question is can I be a co sponsor (signer) when he fills up the form to sponsor his parents ??

I am actually confused, the reason being if they used the IME from supervisa then status would have said medical passed or something, but this is weird,

What does the "Interest to Sponsor" form include? What information do I have to provide? Are there any documents to attach? Can anyone show a screenshot? Just want to be prepared when the time comes.

even more confusing now lol. the background check previously said has not started now it says in progress. so youre saying it should change to started when they start working on it. IN PROGRESS just means its BS. . I am not worried abt this as i know how they work after applying for student visa, work visa, PGWP, supervisa, citizenship, spouse sponsorship for last 8 years .

P.S. I have my oath next week for citizenship. ill become a true canadian then.
