I hope "32 month wait" is an elite club which does not accept any new members and will close soon :)
lets hope, what else we can do

Immigrants, immigrants to be, and sponsors need much better representation. This is the most underserved community politically and legally. Politicians gaming the system and people pay the price. It's a shame that families who have 3 years proof of income still can not join with their dear ones within weeks. I don't buy it that the bureaucratic process takes time. An example is Canada Revenue and RCMP computers responding with Background Checks in minutes or hours rather than weeks and months (proof: look at ATIP notes with timelines).

Anyhow, hope you are at last stage Yulia.

Has anyone experienced this: more medical testing request
Further medical information is required before a decision can be reached. Details have been sent to your eMedical file regarding the medical information required. Please return to see the Panel Physician who performed your immigration medical examination or to another eMedical enabled Panel Physician (http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx). The Panel Physician will arrange for the additional medical tests to be carried out and will forward the results directly to this office.

Please contact PP for an appointment to comply with this request at the earliest. Failure to do so may result in the closing of your Immigration medical file, which may result in the refusal of your application.

Hi All,

My father's immigration application is in process and recently he was asked to get his medical examination done, after medical examination the result showed that his Creatinine was 3.5, however his blood pressure was normal and the sugar level was ok too. I am not sure what createnine level IRCC is OK with.

I understand its a very wide open and vague question, but is there a chance for my Father's application still going through?

Has anyone of you or your parent had the same createnine level and still cleared the medical?

I am worried and nervous, recently the threshold for medical expenses was increased but even then I have no clue what threashold IRCC is going to come up for my Father's kidney condition.

I will really appreciate if you could share an insight about someone who was in same situation.

Thank you

Hi there,

I am in a similar situation, my father creatinine was 1.7, stade G3a2 of renal disease. i did a lot of research as well, at the end it comes to the fact of how much it would cost in the next five years, my father cant have dialysais or transplant because he is 92, so it all comes to medication and time, but we have to wait, we did nefrologist, and cardiology report. If you need help, let me know maybe we can talk.

Not true. Only the PGP group have long waits. It is actually a HUGE privilege that canada still allows PGP to be included in a free healthcare system. If they did not then like the usa wait times for PGP will come down drastically.
