Is there anyone who has submitted an expired PCC? I was asked to submit PCC, however, I got the PCC from my home country 5 months ago, which was valid for a month. I'm not sure if CIC will accept that PCC or I need to get a new PCC?

If you check my timeline in spreadsheet, you'll find my PCC was submitted with my application back in August 2017. My application was approved last week.

As what I recall the 6 months valid period counts from the date of submission until AOR, if you submitted PCC after AOR then theoretically 6 month rule should never apply.

Btw my AOR was December 5, 2017, 4 months after i submitted PCC.

just got the automated email that they have received my email. someone mentioned on forum that he called CIC contact center they confirmed on phone that they have received email and they added that on file.

So is it better to call CIC contact centre and confirm if they have received the PCC?

I need your help.....really l am confused because I am almost done since 2 months but no update till now. I applied from Quebec, l received CSQ from Quebec government and an approval letter on 4 June.....since that day no update even on e-case or my cic account. I tried to call lRCC but they refused to give me any details about my application.
Any suggestions?

I recommend you do that and load thru IRCC webform

Hi All...happy to report got passport request last night... background check started on Aug 7th and received pre-arrival letter on Aug 8th and at night received Ready for Visa email... so happy .... I would like to thanks @YULIA-2016 for updating and keeping all user informed. @YULIA-2016 I also want to wish you all the best and really hope your parents application gets finalized soon... and everyone else all the best and hopefully you all get response very soon..thank you !
