Guys,

I got a question regarding filling up the IMM5562 form. It has been asked to fill up the last 10 years travel history including the country of residence.

I will quote exactly what it says in the letter "IMM5562 (Supplementary Information - Your Travels): Please provide a completed IMM5562 (Supplementary Information – Your Travels) including your current country of residence.This must be received at this office by: 2018/08/20".

So my question is do I need to update the travel inside the country also? or only outside of the country? Thanks in advance.

Seems that everyone gets PCC together with the medical request, but i just got medical alone. Any idea why? Are my parents exempt from getting a PCC?

Quick question to landing for parents living outside of Canada. Anybody ever heard fail to landing if applicant came to Canada at almost the end of expiration date of IME ? Provide passport has more than 5 years ?

Shouldn't you delete these and repost in the 2018 thread? Just a suggestion. If you are second round 2017, you might already have your COPR and planning to land. You don't need these.

Need some guidance on Low Income Cutoff+30%, Number of Persons in IMM 0008 form and IMM 5768e

1. Low Income Cutoff + 30%

I would like to know the amounts which are on table in Guide 5722 is only LICO and I need to add 30% to that.
That means if I need to qualify then for Year 2017 [5 Persons Family - Including we 3 and 2 parents which we are sponsoring] = $67,400 +
$20,220 (30%) = $87,620 ???

Or the amounts ($67,400) in the table already include 30%??

2. Number of Persons in IMM 0008 form [#3] (How many family members, including you, are in this application (see instructions guide)?

I am here with my family, we are 3 (Me, My Spouse and my Daughter = 3). I am now sponsoring my parents 2 ( My Dad and My Mom = 2)

So I should put 5 or 4 for the question# 3 in the form IMM 0008?

If I put 4 which includes my name too then also IMM 5768e total seems not correct as CIC already considered me as 1 in the point#2 in the IMM 5768e.

If I put 5 considering my daughter whose name is not anywhere in the form then total comes to 6 which is not my family size to be in Canada if PR granted to my parents.

Kindly need all your guidance who are already have similar case and went through the process.
