It’s sead that some aplicacions was mailed couple month after us but they olready in progress . I hope that we woun’t be the ones waiting 4 years.

Got in the process with the 2017 PGP PR application 2nd round. Wondering whether or not we should apply for the 2018 lottery as well in case something doesn't work out with the 2017 application, we then might have a chance in 2018. Thoughts?

everything is working in case you meet LICO, if not - not make sense to play this year, just wasting money
plus you can use somebody's spot!
