Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2017

Hello,
I have plans of sponsoring my Mom next year. My Dad does not want to come and wanted to stay back home. The family size will be 4 (Myself, Husband, Child and my Mom) I have a question. Since my Dad does not want to come, should I exclude him towards income requirement or should I still count him even though he is not coming? I hope we get lucky and be picked

Can you also provide us with the ecas url? Apparently there are 2 sets of url. Also, did you check if the status works with Applicant UCI also?

I just checked it with Sponsor (My) UCI. Haven't tried it with my father's UCI.

Got the e-mail today July 26th. Now the file was forwarded to Mexico for further processing. Also, need to send the undertaking to Quebec.

Just got an email of sponsorship approval and the file transferred to New Delhi office for further processing. My timeline
Application received June 8th
Decision made 20th July
Application in process under permanent residence changes on 25th July
Email received dated 25th July but I received from my lawyer today.
When we all can expect next step email??

It's not showing up with hers either. She didn't enter her UCI while submitting the application, just left it blank. Could that be the reason?

Yes possibly. wondering why she didn't entered her UCI in sponsorship application, being the primary sponsor.

Try with Receipt #. enter the primary applicants details with receipt #. This might work.

Apparently she thought it was for the sponsored person. Some confusion since they gave an option to leave it blank.

Thanks, I tried that as well. Receipt number with both her and her dad's info but nothing came up.
