On My CIC Account what do you see for Background Check line?

"Your background check is in process"
OR
"Your application is in progress."

One or the other means BC has started or not...
Hi, my parents emailed pcc n travel form on 25th july and it says we will msg you when we start your background check. Has been more then 3weeks.

Hi All,

I kindly request your advice on how to access the medical request form in the situation described below.

e-CAS status:
Visa Office: New Delhi
AOR: August 2, 2017
Started Processing Application: July 16, 2018
We sent you Medical Instructions on August 03, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We received the generic email asking for PCC, RPRF from New Delhi office on July 13, 2018. After several attempts, I managed to link my parents paper application to MyCIC Online account on July 22, 2018. However, I am still not seeing an "Upload" option to add PCC or RPRF receipts. Further, on Aug 03, 2018 I saw the status in MyCIC account change to "Medical Request has been sent. Check your messages below for details". Further, on the main page, it states "Your Action is Required" and under Messages "None".

However, there are no messages whatsoever in the application (under "View Application"). I am unsure if this is a technical issue on MyCIC account or if the visa office did not attach the forms in the first place. This is basically delaying us from progressing further on the application.

1. Are any of you in this situation?
2. What do you advise as the next step - send email to New Delhi Visa office? Submit IRCC Webform to New Delhi Office asking to resend the medical request by email ?
3. I see there is an option to submit a technical difficulty request on the IRCC Webform. However, this is available only if you pick the application processing is in Inside Canada and not for visa offices outside of Canada.

I would very much appreciate your help here as we do not want to delay sending the requested documents.

Did you receive the medical forms yet?

After few days of July 13th, 2018 they should have put the message like this in your account (that message is a pdf medical request):
.

Hi everybody, I’m in 2018 thread, but I wanna ask for those who got the approval already then you sent the passport of your parents for visa then return back to you with the visa, so can I ask please if it says in the passport if the parents need to go right away in Canada, is there an expiration on their visa for their landing in Canada? Thank you in advance for the answer, have a great weekend everyone

Hi All,

My father's immigration application is in process and recently he was asked to get his medical examination done, after medical examination the result showed that his Creatinine was 3.5, however his blood pressure was normal and the sugar level was ok too. I am not sure what createnine level IRCC is OK with.

I understand its a very wide open and vague question, but is there a chance for my Father's application still going through?

Has anyone of you or your parent had the same createnine level and still cleared the medical?

I am worried and nervous, recently the threshold for medical expenses was increased but even then I have no clue what threashold IRCC is going to come up for my Father's kidney condition.

I will really appreciate if you could share an insight about someone who was in same situation.

Thank you

I will really really appreciate comments from seniors for my concern. Has anyone heard or seen that someone's application had issues due to that much createnine for a above 60 applicant.
