I received PPR email yesterday evening and this morning ecase shows DM. The status still shows "received additional documents and BC is in progress".

My file was originally sent to Ottawa,but the PPR email was from Hong Kong office. I didn't receive any information regarding the file had been transferred. So I guess IRCC transferred the file without any notice?

I checked spreadsheet and it shows people usually get PPR and DM in same day. Is this really same day or PPR can come alot later ?
As MyCIC still shows BC in process, Im a bit feared that they are still going to ask for more info as I did not include some of the PCC for the countries my dad been for more than 6 month in his younger age. But I wrote letters to explain instead.

I uploaded PCC, Traveling details and Employment history few weeks back on mycic account. Today my status changed to reviewing documents. But Background checks did not start yet. Is it right? Is reviewing PCC is not background check? Please reply according to your experience.

PCC is security check and you dont see that
BC - they check travel and resume
