Did you mention your travels to any country as Dependent Child of your parent in the section 2 . c) , d) or e) , or we are no longer considered Dependents so we need not mention our travel history in that document?

Dependents are 18 years or younger

Hi Yulia, Update from my end,

"We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Amusing fact, I was waiting since long for BC to start and got frustrated enough and decided to send the PCC over email to CPC Ottawa, hoping that while filing that PCC to my application,agent might see my file left in corner for no reason and will start the BC.

And Voila ! Just after two days of sending my PCC, my BC started.

So now expecting the request for IMM5562 or PPR....fingers crossed.

Prayers and wishes for everyone, especially our NDVO friends.

novice question how do you upload the PCC in my account?

In my cic account of the applicant, if you have linked your paper application, you see 'full application' link. Click that and you see the items they have asked for

I submitted my parents PCC and main applicant resume on IRCC website 2 days ago. No updates received
I will send them to this email also..

Am going on a vacation and may not have online access for most time. Can someone guide me what are the next steps and what next to expect?

Did you get an email from them to tell you to submit PCCs?? and you just replied to them?
I never got any email but only found the request in IRCC website

Now the status looks like this (please compare with yours)

Never received direct mail from them. only found requests for PCC in "Messages about your application" in IRCC
Thats why doesnt know which email to reply to
