medical received may 04, 2018 we get done with medical May 09, 2018
Invitation to pre arrival services may 17, 2018
PCC Requested May 28, 2018 Uploaded PCC June 06, 2018
passport & photo requested to submit on June 12, 2018

passport not submitted yet due to passport renewal process ongoing.

i am not sure how to upload actually; my account --> additional document section currently say they dont need additional documents; so for the time being email should be good i suppose

It all depends when your parents background check starts… I have a same timeline like you but our background check has not started yet
