ok, now i have access to enter new info, i will add new ones :)

I received application number yesterday. Online ECAS shows, application received on 27th July and no other updates. I hope the application moves smoothly now.

Guys - Apologies for asking the question again. For those who have been asked to submit 'original' police certificates, did you guys send actual certificates to the VO through mail? or did you upload them on my CIC. Also they ask to send the request letter with the certificates but there is no option to upload that on my CIC.

Whats should I do in this case?

Thanks
All Police certificates must be original. So you need to send it thru mail to your Visa office.

It's not mandatory for you to be the representative, it's optional.

If you're the sponsor as well as the representative, you've the legal clearance to get status updates from IRCC. Being a sponsor doesn't automatically qualify you to discuss your parent's application with IRCC under privacy laws. If you don't declare to be the representative, only your parents can discuss the application with IRCC.
Thank you for your reply. Since I have not submitted that form with the application, I am planing to submit that with https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-...ng.aspx?_ga=1.218619866.2130161469.1478308274.
I have some queries about that form and Web Form.
They are:
1. In the representative form, in Section A, 4. Your Citizenship and Immigration Identification Number:
here should I give the application number received from the IRCC?
2. In the IRCC Webform, in the Enquirer Information, What would be the relationship to applicant[ Representative or Sponsor] . Just want to mention I am the sponsor of the application, and want to add myself as representative.

Please let me know your valuable opinions in this regard. Thanks.

then they should approve you like a sponsor and send your case to Local VO. in E-case you will see "Decision made" for sponsor.
you didn't provide info for a table , don't know your back home country

Application received : 26th july
acceptance letter: 6th nov
Parents home country: India

1 - Section A is for the application so that would be the principal applicant's (mother or father) UCI. If they haven't had any interaction with IRCC in the past (e.g. visit visa etc.), they won't have a UCI so you can leave it blank.

2. Use sponsor in here since you're not the representative as of now.

That's the link, i tried using the Receipt number and put my info in there . So you will put sponsor's info

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do
Thank you so much. I put in the payment receipt number and my info since I am the sponsor but it give a message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:" I guess it's still not in the system.
