Hi,

I am applying for visitor visa of my parents, they from Karachi Pakistan, I have few questions if any one can help,

My mother don't have any bank account and my father is retired and he is having only pension in his bank account, though he is having 3 rental properties and all on cash, one on my mother name and 2 on my father and their worth is around 2.0 Million CAD $.

My brother have property business, running bank statement, property owner of building worth around 1.0 Million Cad $ and that building is also on rent, but again no documented proof of rents, all on cash. He has his wife and kids at back home, also property and having strong travelling history including Europe and Asia.

Question 1- I am PR, I am working here as a Professor with 2 colleges and having income around 12000 Cad a month , saving account having 35k+ , Can I show these things for inviting them on visit and explaining I will manage their residence and all living expenses ?

Question 2- Do I need to file separate application for all of these ?

Question 3- Do I need to pay separate for their biometric as on the website its mentioned that 170$ for group/family.

They received the vaccine.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thank you

1. You can show your funds and let the VO know that you will take care of them financially for the duration.

2. You can submit all applications at once, but each needs to have a separate application. When you log in to your GCKey account, it will let you know after answering all the questions.

3. You can pay as a group per the website.

Thank you for the help, what are the visa chances if parents are 70+ ?
That, I can't answer. Give it a try. It shouldn't be a problem since they already have family ties back home. Make sure you attach the rental, properties and all that.

TRVs are primarily dependent on the visitor's finances and their ties to their home country. You can attach your finances but they also must prove that they can cover their travel and living expenses in Canada. zyour brother is considered a different family group than your parents.

Then we need to pay separate for his (brother) biometric ?
