Hi,
My father owns agricultural land in Pakistan (inherited from his father) and retired from work almost 10 years ago. And my mother owns a house, agricultural land (inheritance from her father), and a shopping mall (in town). My parents are planning to visit us in Canada.
They have ownership documents for land or mall or house, all in the Urdu language. They don't know from where they can translate property documents into English. How do they prove the authenticity of this documentation to visa officers? What other supporting documentation do they need from the Government departments of Pakistan related to the property to prove that they have genuinely owned these properties?
My father is getting monthly pension from govt. and my mother is a housewife, never worked and she has a joint bank account with my younger brother. She receives cash for rent of the mall, as this is the normal practice there. They have 3 to 4 million rupees (20 to 25k CAD). They are only interested in staying for 3 weeks. Is this amount enough to justify their visit visa application? Through, I will buy air tickets for them and they will live with us in our home.
My father build a house 30 years ago on the village land which he got in his inheritance from his father. In summer usually, my father goes there to live for a couple of months. A few years back he allowed his brother and his brother's family to live in this house for free, now his brother went into court and claimed that this is his house. Every month my father needs to visit the village to attend to the case in court. Can my father attach this court documentation to support his application that he ultimately needs to go back?
My sister (unmarried, unemployed, no travelling history & no bank account) also wants us to visit and my parents will only visit us if she got a visa as they can’t leave her behind alone due to bad security and law conditions.
My father already gave her part of the agricultural land and she is in the process of designing a small poultry farm on that land, she plans to rent it out. The total cost of construction will be around 2.5 million rupees and I (brother) will give her 1.5 million rupees as a gift and the rest will be paid by my father. Same she has property document and soon she will have sketch/building design. What else she needs to justify her visit visa application?
I will highly appreciate if you can answer/guide me in above questions or any tips as per above requirement
