Can I go outside Canada for couple of months while on EI parental leave without my child? Is there will be effect on my benefits?

Yes but whether you also get CCB depends on multiple things including how long you are outside Canada.

My child and my wife will be here .. but I am on parental leave .. I want to go for few months..So do I have to inform CRA ? I think I can not get EI parental leave when my child is not with me ? Please tell me about this

you are abusing the parental leave system when you claim it and do not use it to spend time with your child...
