Hello,

Thank you in advance for your professional guidance!
I am applying for my parents' super visa. Currently, I lost my job in July 2023 and I can not provide an Employment Letter. However, my husband is employed full-time, and our combined income in 2023 or 2022 exceeds the Low-Income Cut-Off (LICO) requirements. We possess T4 and Notice of Assessment (NOA) documents. My inquiries pertain to the employment letter: Is it a mandatory parent super visa application document? Can I utilize my husband's employment letter instead of mine? What should I do?

You can use your husband's letter and income.
