Parent Sponsorship_LICO issue

Hi all,

I am planing to apply for my mother in Year 2015. I have sufficient income for preceding 2 years and for one year it is $ 50 less that LICO. What should I do? Should I still apply? Or they would return my application?

They will return it. There are no exceptions to meeting the LICO.

Yep, even if you are $1 short of LICO they will reject the app. There is no negotiation here.
