Palestine with Egyptian travel document for Palestinian refugees

I am a Palestine with Egyptian travel document for Palestinian refugees, and I have a refugee card from UNRWA and also a refugee card from UNHCR
I live in Saudi Arabia and I am married and I have a child. Please tell me how to apply for asylum in Canada.. knowing that my wife's brother lives in Montreal but studies

UNHCR would have to refer you for settlement in Canada.

Or alternatively you have to get a TRV (tourist visa), come to Canada as a tourist and claim refugee status when you arrive.

UNHCR will not do anything to help me with this ... I have tried with them and the answer is always negative

tourist visa is something that is not guaranteed because it is possible to refuse or accept asylum after arrival so I am putting a final solution

What about the sponsorship of the church or through a lawyer? Do you know who can help?

A lawyer won't help you.

If you can find a church or organization to sponsor you - then this could be a possibility.
