I have got admission for Winter 2015 in Concordia University M.Eng Prog....Well waiting for the reply from McGill.....And i m interested to know whether I am too late in applying the visa if I wait for Mcgill's reply which will be made by Mid October or should I right away accept Concordia's offer and submit my online study permit application now without wasting further time???

You got to keep 60 days margin for visa processing atleast considering the backlog. And incorporate the additional factor of unofficial closures.

I have a query. I have got offer letter from concordia university for winter 2015 and now i have applied for CAQ (certificate of acceptance from Quebec), Now i want to defer my admission for next semester i.e. summer semester, so if once i have got CAQ, then for next semester again i have to applied for CAQ or it would be extend for the next semester automatically???

You can still wait for Macgill but meanwhile get upfront medical , without upfront medical there is a chance u,ll have to defer to summer .
