Cash limit is 10,000 USD. Its safe to remain well with limit. There are regulation against it and amount more than that is currency smuggling. 5000 is safe. Dont worry. Or you can get traveller cheques.

8 sep last day to attend
Next intake of course is next year's sep,
What I want to ask, as neither I cant deffer, nor it appears that I will get visa application result in time.
Should I request to remove my application, as I am planning to apply next year again OR should I let them process to check, was my case strong or weak and improve these flaws next time ??

If you are satisfied with your case, financials, course relevence and etc, then they'd issue you visa for next intake provided that you can provide letter of deferral from your university. Anyways remember that cancellation note to be added to your file takes atleast 10 working days, meaning two weeks. Is your university rolling over your admission? If not why?
