I don't know what to do my brother's classes have started in pakistan for ms an he still have not heard any news of medical he has to make the fee payment of 100000 till monday which is a big amount now what shall we do its been 70 days my brother applied.

Guys, the average processing time for study permit is 11 weeks or 8 weeks ?
According to this link its seems to be 8 weeks:

Temporary resident visa (visitor visa): 40 working days*
You are strongly encouraged to present your applications at least 8 weeks before your date of departure.

Temporary work permit: 16 weeks *
Travel document for permanent resident returning to Canada: a minimum of 12 weeks
* These are approximate processing times only. Some applications take longer to process for various reasons. For example, the following factors could delay the processing of your application:
applications which do not include a legible 2D barcode;
incomplete applications;
medical exam required;

What I want to ask, as neither I cant deffer, nor it appears that I will get visa application result in time.
Should I request to remove my application, as I am planning to apply next year again OR should I let them process to check, was my case strong or weak and improve these flaws next time ??

Contact first at your university, usually they are flexible.
Secondly, write fax and email to CHC regarding your deadline. Let them know you are true student and willing to attend this session. Otherwise you will get it in next year.n that case you will loose 1-year.
I am 100% sure it will works. I did same in my case for visa and for medical appointment.
