They said me, " Your application is currently in process and under review." ???

thanks. embassy is working. it is an auto-generated email and they gave me my file number it means they first check my file and give me the update.

Its probably when they check your mail. I emailed them last week to remind them for my visa. Got the same mail around afternoon today.

Here is what you need to do,

1) Call the embassy, only basic information (not case specific) will be given to you and no agent will speak to you.
2) Send them an e.mail on your given e.mail address, a standard "keep waiting" message will be sent to you
3) Send a case specific inquiry if you are eligible.
4) Find somebody in the CHC ;D
5) Keep waiting, drink loads of ice cold water
