You should never have mentioned far away relatives. Ofcourse the more relatives you mention the more susicious they are of you staying there for more than your visa period.

NEED ADVISE
I got medical call today for my MSc program. But the irony is that last date to join the University is already passed and University only allow the deferral of admission for next September 2015..
But another thing is I may join the University in January semester as an independent student or per-master student in which case I would get the Conditional offer of admission if I go for January semester and would get full offer of admission if I go for September 2015 semester as the proper MSc program only starts in September. Plz guide me, I am so confused, Undecided what should I do now??? Shocked Cheesy

Take extension letter from your university for 1 month. I did the same.

I sent this letter now CHC and specific inquiry to Islamabad. Also let them know I crossed 11-weeks of processing time also.

Hopefully will get passport request soon. Inshallah

My friend also got rejected on friday. They are now rejecting it because start date of classes.

I have heard from alot of people who got rejected that second time u get ur visa...
all am gonna do is ill ponder on the objections... and than send it again..
along with deffer letter.
got deffer letter for JAn2015 intake.
the only thing which hurts is 46 days wasted.

Don't worry just try to make strong SOP. Get help from a consultant regarding SOP

I have read your post. Same copy paste reasons are given to my friend for rejection lol. Wel You guys applied late. Pay 1 year fee if you haven't , Try to make more stronger SOP. Please apply early this time. Allow two and half months before you apply

Brother sorry to hear about your refusal. After seeing your reasons of rejection I would recommend you to re apply because you can easily address these points in new SOP because they are quite hypothetical kind of reasons which u can easily defend in new application .

Secondly don’t think of courts etc because Pakistani law doesn't apply on CHC IT will be just waste of time ,energy and money .

Complicated situation hope someone experienced will give u a good solution .

My thought is u should go for January semester if u can as an independent student and meanwhile u try to get admission in some other university for spring semester ,in this way u could use your visa at least .Hope someone confirms if this will work

Could anybody provide me details on how to get an upfront medical appointment and how much time does it take once you are done with the medical to get the reports. I am currently in KSA and expecting an offer from McMaster probably by coming week for January intake. If accepted, I would travelling back to khi by end of September and start working on my application. Would I be having enough time to get upfront medical done and then apply online . Your help would be appreciated.
