She applied in August and got her visa few days ago in second attempt. Ist refusal was bkz of diploma course.

Yes a girl got it in 17 days and a boy also got visa in 26 days both applied for visa in October.

Hope you all are doing fine. I have been an active member of Skilled visa's thread, but here I am to ask you certain questions regarding the student Visa for my younger brother.

I have noticed lot's of rejections, due to the reasons mentioned below,

Did not show, strong ties to Canada,
Personal Assets,
Siblings in Canada,
Insufficient Proof of Funds.

Therefore, I want all the members, please shed the light on the afore mentioned points. Like, what can be done to make the case stronger? Is it always that applicant who has brother or sister in Canada have more chances of rejection?

One of the member here got visa with her sister and bro in law sponsoring her from Canada while a guy got rejected with his bro sponsoring him. It depends on luck and how you present your case in front of the VO. Write a strong SOP highlighting strong ties to the home country and convince them that he will definitely return to Pakistan and how attending a Canadian Uni will enhance his career prospects in Pakistan. It's a good sign and they may need your latest acceptance letter if you applied for fall session.
