Salam Every One,

Hope you all are doing fine. I have been an active member of Skilled visa's thread, but here I am to ask you certain questions regarding the student Visa for my younger brother.

I have noticed lot's of rejections, due to the reasons mentioned below,

Did not show, strong ties to Canada,
Personal Assets,
Siblings in Canada,
Insufficient Proof of Funds.

Therefore, I want all the members, please shed the light on the afore mentioned points. Like, what can be done to make the case stronger? Is it always that applicant who has brother or sister in Canada have more chances of rejection?

Please your one imp point which can benefit others or if you have any similar stories of rejection, please share.

i can tell you with reference to my case. my sis and bro in law who are Canadian PR holder were the sponsor of my finances. and alhumdulillah i got my visa in 17 days. my bro in law prepared the financial documents very accurately leaving no space for error. he showed all the right docs related to his job, bank statements, tax returns, pay stabs, contracts and notarized declaration of support. It all depend on luck too but still if you give a clear cut application package to the VO, he wouldn't get a reason to refuse. prepare a good sop. i didnt mention about my sis in my sop but focus on my career plan and me.

Thank you for the response. So do you think, it's better to mention that ur siblings are residing and will be sponsoring or not. I do understand it's all luck but exact, what's the best way?
