That is sad to hear. You can order CAIP notes and then see what was VO's actual reason of refusal.

May be she cannot make him (VO) understand why she going to attend high school in Canada instead of doing high school in her own country. Did you write SOP along with application?

I think SOP is necessary in this case.

If you have already done with medical. So normally it takes two weeks to get passport with visa.

normally it takes two weeks to reach VAC.

if you have no any issue with your medical assessment you can easily get your visa.

I applied on 25 March 2015 paper-based without medical. Today after 145 days I got rejected reason "Purpose of Visit".

after 4 month of my application, On 05 August I received my inquiry email response they said in reply that

"Your application is currently in process. No further action is required by you at this time."

My course was "Three Year - Ontario College Advanced Diploma" in "Business Administration - Accounting".

My previous education was B-Com.

Anyone have an idea that this is because of "Statement of Purpose (SOP)" which I didn't submitted with my visa application.

Should I reapply for winter season with "Statement of Purpose (SOP)"?

I have an accommodation & financial support from my nearest relative who live and work in Canada.

What my opinion you should change your course selection you did 2 years bachler so you should take any degree program .. advance diploma need 4 years graduation to get advance course although you got admission but you also know this "saarey faislay Canada ka father kerta ha that is visa officer" so try tto choose degree instead of any diploma ... this what i feel rest you can ask from intelligent Seniors of this forum ....
