Guys i need some guidance that i had paid my fee 11500C$ in simon fraser university and showed bank statement of 20 lacs+40 lacs DSC certificates that belongs to my aunt...kindly guide me that bank statement of 20 lacs is enough.And moreover except my parents i showed my aunt my sponser....will embassy argue anything about it or not.does this thing affects my visa or not kondly guide me fast i am worried about it..thanks

Canadian embassy explicitly states that only blood relatives can be your sponsors. Like your parents or siblings. I think thats the standard interpretation.

Any one can sponsor anyone's studies. There is no definite rule or explanation on this matter. Even a company can sponsor his employees. Although blood relations sponsor significantly strengthen visa officer's understanding that funds are in-fact available to student.
