After about 90 days of inactivity, my medical status was changed to passsed yesterday, even though I have not taken a medical exam. I neither submitted a medical upfront nor received a call for one after I submitted my application.What does this mean? I applied online on 6th June.

Buy a return ticket, it's cheaper than buying two one way tickets.

I am going for this session and informed uni about my situation that I submitted passport after passport request few weeks, they don't have any issue of coming a week or 2 late cause somehow it is normal for Pakistani students to come late. But I think you don't need to if you have submitted passport cause decision has already been taken

I have got acceptance from University of Ottawa M.Eng (Engineering Management) for Winter 2016 Intake. I don't have a running account balance, I was jobless from March 2015 and got another job on 20th August. My mother sold her property and transferred 34 lakhs into my account on 24th august. Also, my paternal grandmother has agreed to provide me her funds in which are: 15 lakhs bank account (matured from may 2015) and 17 lakhs savings certificate (since 2008). My fee is CAD 8200 per semester (including transport fee and health insurance for a year). The program can be completed within three semesters (1.5yrs). I will be applying for my visa in a day or two. I will be submitting the following documents as paper based application:

all original degrees and mark sheet
application for study permit
original IELTS result
affidavit of sponsorship from mother
affidavit of sponsorship from grandmother
my bank statement
grandmother's bank statement and savings certificate statements
property sell agreement
my experience letter and visiting card from previous job (left in March 2015)
my offer letter from current job
NIC Cope, passport
letter of intent
police certificate
letter of acceptance
winter 2016 semester's bill (I am not paying fee, will just show the bill)

Please suggest what I might be missing out in submitting the documents?

I need to inquire that my NIC and passport has old residential address. We moved to a rented house in January 2015 but did not change the address on the NIC. The agreement of sale and affidavit of sponsorship made has the address of the old residency. I want to inquire that what residential address should I write in the application for study permit. Also, for which address police certificate should be made? The one according to NIC, or the one where I am living currently.

Also, since I have two sponsors, what should I write in IMM1294's Details of Intended study in Canada's question number:
4 - tuition, room and board, other expenses (25000/- for three semesters and 20000/- as living expenses i guess would be good)
6 - my expenses in Canada will be paid by. There are only three options: Myself, Parents and Other. should I click other and write "Mother & Grandmother" in the "Other" field?

I am really tensed in these petty things. Please help.

Answer: usually candidates are paying first semester fee in advance

Answer: The current address

Answer:Make PC with current address, the form also asks about previous addressees you have lived, you may mention there your previous address.
