Hi I am a Pakistani living in Saudi Arabia.Applied in dec,2009,got 1st AOR in feb,2009,Full doc to CHC London 18/05/2010 got 2nd AOR 7/7/2010. you can include my details too.still RBVO.
I have a serious query i.e;my Lawer asked me to open another acc in Pakistan and transfer the funds overthere BECAUSE VO ll ask you to demonstrate presence of funds in native country.I did so. Now I am afraid IF VO ll undertake background checks without asking me,they ll find my Saudi acc(statement of which was sent with full documents) empty.what to do??????????

Cant understand , why did the lawyer asked u to open an account in Pak, and transfer the funds there??
Currently , i am residing in UAE, and i only showed my UAE bank account statement. And that was more then enough for the VO.

Re: Pakistani Citizens Living Abroad and Applied @ London CHC

hi,
I am a MBBS doctor and additionally I have one year full time studies of post graduation certificate.so should I mention it in my application and I have notarized copy of my postgraduation certificate.Would I be able to get 2 more points on the basis of this certificate? As I had done it with my job,so will it make a problem or they will accept it?
As I am homeschooling my kids, and they are 6 and 7 years ,what I should write for their education?
I have prepared my all documents but couldn't get university sealed transcripts .As I am abroad,it is impossible and don't have anyone to get it from KU for me.but I have transcript from KU,which i got few years back, but not in university sealed envelope.will it make any problem or returning of my application?what explaination letter i should add in my package for not providing university sealed envelopes???
if an applicant is having 67 marks, but if they won't consider spouse's BA(External),there would be shortage of 4 points in 67 so would they reject the case, and can one get his refund if rejection by cic or vo(london)?

Re: Pakistani Citizens Living Abroad and Applied @ London CHC

what post graduation? if its some PG Diploma, yu may not only get 2 extra points but also your category ll be changed from 3112(GP/Resident) to 3111(specialist physician) provided you have been working in that category for atleast a year in the last four years!
I m not a lawer this is only my perception.

Hi Guys,

Good to see one more applicant from March received the medical request yesterday, it seems London is working on march applicants at the moment as two applicants receive the medical requests this month.

Only Proof of funds is required....no requirement of where u r holding money or assets. Consultants' advise is incorrect.

But anyway there is no harm in producing Pak and KSA account statement with CHC to prove that you are able to meet CHC requirements anytime from anywhere

Cheer up and dont worry.

Re: Pakistani Citizens Living Abroad and Applied @ London CHC

My Friend to safe side, you write a letter to CHC london and attach your new bank statment and a letter from bank (in Pakistan), Send it to them, Because they don't have your new bank information. They will check only your current bank accoun whch you sent them with your application.

And Consultants doesn't konw how to do things, they are just making money n fool.

I hope you understand.

Cheers and Very good luck.

You should try to make your application as stronger as possible and try not to leave any gap. Dont worry about the refund, just focus at the moment on getting through...It will all be OK. Send them everything what ever you can in order to make your application stronger.
