If someone wants to know about his/her case or file, than what is the best option to contact with LVO??? Simply write an email to LVO or fill the form of CSE available on below mentioned link and then send to LVO.
As I have already sent an email to LVO but did not get any response yet. Please also provide me correct email address of LVO.

dear cocknbull i have received NOC from the license authority of Khushab. The problem with the NOC is that its not on the Letter Head of the license issuing authority. secondly it contains only 3 lines about my experience, but has been signed and stamped by the authority concerned.
