I have received PPR2 Request 50 days after PPR1

PPR1 on 18 October
PPR2 on 07 December

Dear Saima,
i see that u got your PPR2 after 50 days of your PPR1.. can you tell us when did u get Decidion Made on your Ecase in between? was it after PPR1 or close to b4 getting your PPR2?

After my inquiry to London office, I received reply as
“Your file awaits a final review and we expect this to take place within the next month”
What do you all suggest or predict after this mail... Waiting to hear you all...
