I will cost Rs. 385,000/- for four from Islamabad-Doha-Vancovour-Edmonton ON 29 December 2012. Inshah Allah, It is expensive due to new year and Christmas Time.

What are your plan.

Not sure I think it is by invitation, as proof of being applicant they ask for a letter from CHC with name and file number mentioned or your visa if issued .
