Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

In my passport i have some dots and numbers printed in Machine Readable Zone under passport number and down the given name area. kindly see the image in below link.

Drafts in Canadian, cash some canadian and some US, I will strongly say to take only canadian for both draft and cash, you can convert US to canadian but you will loose money, its better to convert in pakistan.
Moreover for cash prefer to ger new currency notes that are with a transparent portion in the middle and looks like plastic paper. in older type notes some fake are circulating around the world

Many Congratulations and wish you best of luck for future endeavors.
I am also planning to leave in March 2013 so wondering if some people may guide us about what key items we should carry with us considering a family move i.e. self, wife 2 to 3 kids.
So far some of my family friends have advised us to bring these items; - Good quality blankets, Bed sheets, Kitchen items, routine crockery goods including 1 to 2 dinner set, small size electrical appliances which has default option to work on 220 & 110, ladies warm suits, wool shawls, kids one season cloths keeping in mind snow suits, jackets and shoes purchase in Canada because they are compatible with weather conditions and more robust. Moreover men formal dress suits, ties and good branded shirts.
I would welcome any forum member comment (add/remove) on above list.

As number of landed immigrants as well as those who will be there in few days or months time are increasing with each passing day so its time to get together and give and share our landing experiences housing issues, scenarios and job related matters after landing and contribute positively to the ones who are in wait and expected their landing in near future.....

I know we are all doing it on this forum and everywhere on Canada visa blogs but we need to build a new blog or forum specifically for happiness of landed immigrants(info, things to do and practical experiences). This is a idea of one of our forum colleague Mr.Amjad from Islamabad so we must initiate it. I know there are forums on Canada Visa blog that are intended for related issues but we want to build our own community and promote brotherhood and togetherness among ourselves and towards others communities...

I have made and started this forum with a name of PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS(PAKISTANI FALCONS) .....SO START SHARING FELLAS.I AM PARTICULARLY REQUESTING THE FRIENDS WHO ARE ALREADY LANDED AND WHO ARE HAVING A PLAN OF LANDING AFTER FEW WEEKS N MONTHS INCLUDING MYSELF.
