Yes pakistani shoes are not perfect as per Canadaian cold weather . so I suggest you donot buy extra shoes but bring only 2 or 3 pair of shoes for your kids rest buy from there..

It absolutely useless to get winter snow boots from Pakistan
They are never thermally insulated or technically warm ...
The best thing to do is to buy them rite away after landing
