Dear njikhan,
thanks for your concern ! medicals are expiring on 24th August.. Can you please share how to get London VO attention to this urgent matter ! As I mentioned before, I already sent them a CSE via their website E-mail form, and also replied to the Email of PPR1, but have Not gotten any replies yet.. Is there anything else I should try ?? Don't know why they have to keep us in limbo at this very last stage, take care

Congrats dear.....ur timeline is same as mine...my medicals were done on April 6 and were delivered at CHC London on April 23rd but still no progress after that.

Thanks for your input Alveei.

They had asked for the FBI Cert. along with the updated docs and medicals. I sent the updated docs 4 days before the deadline so that at least they have the main docs. The very next day, I got the FBI report, which I immediately sent to them. In fact, they received my updated docs on May 17th and they received the FBI Cert on May 18th, albeit separately.

Anyway, I don't think they are very organized. I have sent them an email with the scan of the FBI cert., and I have also DHL'd the hard copy along with the DHL tracking report to them.

Hopefully, they are smart enough to accept that, even if they don't find the original one.

MCH is a group of case workers in London visa office very file is under some group to work out.
Now as they are awaiting some docs from you, email them again and clearly ask if they need a fresh copy of FBI report or they need it updated again from concern department. In my case they asked me to provide an updated Police certificate.

My emails were also from MCH and they always sent my reply same day. Keep in mind to send email very early morning as per UK time i.e 9a.m or 9:30 a.m UK time.

I replied to the email with the scan of the FBI Cert., and I DHL'd it also this morning. With the hard copy, I also added the DHL tracking sheet for both shipments.

Hope they're smart enough to accept the scan, even if they don't find the original.

REPLY to the email you received from MCH (the re-london email address)....it'll most probably be forwarded to the concerned IO anyways...and tell them that you have already sent them the original...scan and attach the FBI clearance report to that email...

Quote the DHL package received by "XXXX" on xx Date...also explain that it takes a long time to get the FBI report and you are not in the US anymore and makes it even more difficult....
