AoA Folks,

I posted this on the other forum, but haven't received any response. Maybe one of you can help me.

A few days back, I sent a CSE to CHC-London about my pending PPR1. Today, got a reply from the VO/Assistant MCH, that my FBI report and background checks are awaited. I had couriered my FBI report separately from the rest of the updated docs, and also emailed a scanned copy of it to london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca, in May. DHL tracking says that they received it on May 18th.

So, I have resent the scan to MCH (at least now I know who the VO is).

My questions;

1) Is there a way to write/email directly to MCH?
2) Is it advisable to courier a colored scan copy to CHC-London again? If so, should I address the package to MCH?
3) How can i find out what MCH stands for?

Any advice?

Rubb Rakha.

Hey guys ! Im a FSW early 2011 applicant..I Would really appreciate your experience/opinions regarding my situation..my medicals are due to expire in August 2012..I have been waiting for PPR2 from London VO since 51 days now..!! I have sent them a CSE 9 days ago, but still No reply, and also sent them E-mail on re-london...address,no reply there either ! So, I'm really concerned now, and would like your input on whether London VO can sometimes take more than 8 weeks to send PPR2 ??? E-Cas shows DM since the day of PPR1...

Dear Blu12
So sad to hear this, I can only pray for you to get PPR2 and then visa before medical expiry. On which date your medical is expiring.

Dear Azad
MCH is a group of case workers in London visa office very file is under some group to work out.
Now as they are awaiting some docs from you, email them again and clearly ask if they need a fresh copy of FBI report or they need it updated again from concern department. In my case they asked me to provide an updated Police certificate.

My emails were also from MCH and they always sent my reply same day. Keep in mind to send email very early morning as per UK time i.e 9a.m or 9:30 a.m UK time.

Hope this help

Regards

Dear njikhan,
thanks for your concern ! medicals are expiring on 24th August.. Can you please share how to get London VO attention to this urgent matter ! As I mentioned before, I already sent them a CSE via their website E-mail form, and also replied to the Email of PPR1, but have Not gotten any replies yet.. Is there anything else I should try ?? Don't know why they have to keep us in limbo at this very last stage, take care

Me and njikhan got our PPR-2 in reply to our CSE to LVO.. we emailed them on this email address:

Code:
london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

We stated "URGENT" n then our file number, name, DOB in subject matter.

Hope it helps..

Reply to the PPR1 email and write (URGENT) in the subject line...but do not delete any other info from the subject line...

Then refer to the below email and tell them that you are concerned as your Medicals are to expire in xx days...hope it works...

I know you most probably did the same...but try try again !!

REPLY to the email you received from MCH (the re-london email address)....it'll most probably be forwarded to the concerned IO anyways...and tell them that you have already sent them the original...scan and attach the FBI clearance report to that email...

Quote the DHL package received by "XXXX" on xx Date...also explain that it takes a long time to get the FBI report and you are not in the US anymore and makes it even more difficult....

I hope it works...Bets of Luck !!
