Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

7 months complete since medicals !! I still have not heard about my PPR step 1 ...
Anyone has any idea when will they start to issue the step 1 ppr !!!!
Whats the delay though .. last email i got from them was that your file is awaiting the review of an IO !

7 months 7days, since my meds done. Still no news of PPR1.

yes i did it last month, answer was:

your application is inprocess or wating to be reviewed by an IO,
No further action is required by you at this time.

6 months complete to my medicals being done. send inquiry and received same reply. as received doc9999 and islamabad no news about ppr when they start to issue.

for pakistani applicants, CIC should rename the policy as''SLOW TRACK'' instead of ''FAST TRACK''.atleast it would calm us down that as we are on slow track so it will take unlimited time.

you are MI-3, u will get your PPR1 within 2-3 months Inshallah.
As per my observation:
Priority 1 = MI-3
Priority 2 = MI-2
Priority 3 = MI-1

Well i wanna ask a thing from all the senior colleagues.........

I mentioned my landing destination toronto(Ontario) previously in my old forms but recently when they asked me submit my RPRF and medicals and updated forms then i changed my destination to Calgary(Alberta).
does it make any difference????????in the processing of my case further?????

Looking forward for ur guidelines......

You can land and stay anywhere in Canada except Quebec or PNP as they require Quebec clearance certificate/PNP certificate to complete the landing formalities, other than that no issue. You can go anywhere in Canada. Stay and work. But Health card is a provincial card so better to choose wisely as after you have Health card your health won't be covered in other province.

Well brother u should have written your old destination as mentioned on your old forms . Brother u have to land at toronto airport Alberta has their own policy to select immigrant and you cannot land in calagary as a federal skilled worker if u wanted to settle in calagary then you should have applied to the government of alberta for pnp selection . But yes you can go to calagary later after completing your immigration requirments at toronto airport .Chc london will definately ask u to correct your destination and it will delay processing of ur application as well. I suggest that u send them e.mail about this mistake and send them new forms.

As federal skilled worker you can complete your landing anywhere in Canada and stay anywhere in Canada except for Quebec and PNP as to complete landing in these cases you need Quebec clearance certificate/PNP certificate, other than that you are good to go anywhere irrespective of your destination in your forms.

@ D/himself, PPR step 1 is old story now but this waiting is as same as it ws before step 1.
