Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

Well i wanna ask a thing from all the senior colleagues.........

I mentioned my landing destination toronto(Ontario) previously in my old forms but recently when they asked me submit my RPRF and medicals and updated forms then i changed my destination to Calgary(Alberta).
does it make any difference????????in the processing of my case further?????

Looking forward for ur guidelines......

Well brother u should have written your old destination as mentioned on your old forms . Brother u have to land at toronto airport Alberta has their own policy to select immigrant and you cannot land in calagary as a federal skilled worker if u wanted to settle in calagary then you should have applied to the government of alberta for pnp selection . But yes you can go to calagary later after completing your immigration requirments at toronto airport .Chc london will definately ask u to correct your destination and it will delay processing of ur application as well. I suggest that u send them e.mail about this mistake and send them new forms.

applied in march 2011
MR august
Medicals done in september
due to addition of new born sent her appication in september as well
got her medical request in december and then medical done in december as well
afterwards the ecase was updated with medicals received line in the same month, i asked qorax opinion and he was of the viewthat i should count the 3-5 months time from our medicals rather than our baby's. bur now its been almost 3 months from her medicals and 6 months from our medicals that no ppr-1 has arrived, so its getting kinda depressing now...Have Faith in ALMIGHTY ALLAH that HE will do the best for us INSHALLAH....!

Always send urgent email and not case specific enquiry. They mostly respond to emails but case specific enquiry will not be answered if it doesn't fall within their prescribed time limit to send. Thanks

Security screening is a process by which the name of a security clearance applicant is verified against CSIS databases to determine whether the applicant is mentioned in relation to threat-related activities. Depending on the level or category of security clearance required, security screening can also involve interviewing the applicant's friends, neighbours and employers, consulting with local police, and possibly interviewing the applicant.

The purpose of security screening is to prevent anyone of security concern from gaining access to sensitive government assets, locations or information, and to prevent non-Canadians who pose security concerns or risks from entering Canada or receiving permanent residence in the country.

Federal public service employees, members of the Armed Forces and persons under contract to a government department who, in the performance of their duties, have access to classified government assets or information, as well as people who work at sensitive sites such as airports, the Parliamentary Precinct and nuclear power stations, are required to hold a security clearance. Non-Canadians who apply for permanent residency or refugee status must also undergo security screening. Security assessments fall into the following program categories: Government Screening, Sensitive Sites Screening, Foreign Screening, Immigration and Citizenship Screening, and Refugee Claimant Screening. Anyone has any idea when will they start to issue the step 1 ppr !!!!

Friends pls help me.

I need to know the time WE have to send the passport to ISB after getting PPR2 request. I actually may not be home for 3-4 weeks and might get PPR2 request while I'm away so wondering if I send the passport after 3-4 weeks of PPR2 request after coming back (worst case scenario), would that be fine?
