1) Can i mention cash in Goods to follow list for future? As i ll be transferring CAD dollar five hundred thousand(500,000) inshalla in future, selling my property and buying a house in Canada? should i mention cash in goods to follow list?

2)Secondly what is the rate of conversion in canada if US dollar is converted into canadian dollar?

You need not to disclose in goods to follow list. The authorities will have no objetion if you remit such amount to Canada. If you have not paid tax on this amount already, you will be charged as per Canadian rules.

The conversion rate is almost same now a days. It won't have much difference.

I have received IOM orientation request, the invitation is for session on 13 january at Hotel sunfort, Gulber3 Lahore, anybody attending the session ??

As there is long march too, so there will be a big problem of traffic on that day ??? so what would you suggest me friends ???
