Hi! I wonder if someone can guide me on the following two issues:
1- What type of license would help me in Toronto, should I get an international one? Or a basic one would do? Also would the old one (booklet) be acceptable? And what is NOC and how may I get it in Lahore. Is any sort of attestation required from ministry of foreign affairs?
2- Which is the cheapest airline and route from LHE-YYZ? I just got told that if we family of 4 (2 Adults + 1 Child + 1 Infant) take emirates from Lahore to Dubai take a 3 hours stopover then take emirates again from Dubai to London and again 3 hours stopover and finally AA from London to Toronto it works just under Rs. 190,000 one way for all. Any advice?

1 just the regular license. visit the office of the Chief Traffif Officer,pposite Islamia College Civil Lines, out fall Road, Lahore for a authentication letter signed by SP or CTO

This is a very important question when planning for luggage. Kindly guide us so that we can have a clear picture of items worth bringing.
