Nopes..free in Islamabad.. I don't know about other cities....but if you get same thing from Pakistan embassy in Canada it would cost you $30..so better get it now...

I would like to share a good news with you. I just came to know that My PP and COPR is delivered at Home just now and they charged Rs. 315.
A big Thanks to all my well wishers.

Guys, I received an email last week on my CSI from LVO that my case is still in process of background / security check and this prcoess can take several months.

Its fine but my medical is going to expire in April 2013, and also my wife is expecting a baby in mid of Jan. what should i do now? should i inform VO or wait for PPR1?

Hello everyone,
We did our medicals and sent info for the newborn in Aug 2012. Today, we received an email from CHC London saying that we were sent a letter in Sep 2012 for the medicals of newborn. Unfortunately, we did not receive any letter and we have told this to CHC.

Can someone please share if they send the medical instructions by registered mail / courier? Our first letter was actually sent to my brother’s address in Canada but then we changed the mailing address to Pak.

Does this happen to anyone else and did CHC resend it by courier / registered mail? Also, is there a possibility if they can resend it by email?

My medicals are going to expire in Mar 2013 and I am also waiting for the PPR. For your case I think its better to wait and update LVO once you have your angel in the world. Your case may get delayed if you informed them now. I hope that you will get PPR by Jan 2013. That will be the suitable time to update LVO about your family status.
