Yes I second asamnani on this issue. Will it be illegal for Pakistani immigrants to work in Canada without officiating through the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment? Though the process does not seem too tough however, it can be time consuming.

asamanai and qshahzad, there is no need of any protector. You are getting Permanent Residence Visa. You can work anytime in any field except (high security job).
