Im still waiting for ppr1 after over 8 months of medicals.....
Did. verythong....shown patience...shooting csi...getting dis heart when people ask..isnay canada nai jana...offering namaz....crying in prayers.....

Brother, please do not worry. Insha Allah your prayers would be answered.

Alhamdulliah..... I received my PPR2 today at 2:30 PM. Hopefully i will send my passports on monday.
Congratulations to all friends who received PPR2. INSHALLAH all of those who are in wait, will get their very soon.

samsung i dont know about ure timelines but plz dont loose patience at least i m the most senior in this forum (in a way tht i applied in start of year2004) and i never loose hope kept praying to most beneficent and merciful ..even after the proposals of clearing backlog and..... dont worry abt ppl ...my relatives used to say pre feb files are now closed they ve thrown them in garbage .i didnt apply in fast track although many ppl said to me but i thought if its in my destiny than ALLAH WILL give me succcess .so now it seems coming closer although iwasted many years of my life my youth but ALLAH has time for everything . well lecture has been too long and u might be getting angry . but dont be you r in fast track .its matter of some time be happy good luck

well ppl wht do you suggest should we sent on sunday so it can reach the laziest ppl in ibd ..who have wasted many years ... they slept on my file for many years thanks to lvo tht my case processed ; .i wish now i get passport with visa back soon ameen .any suggestion about sending on sunday or on monday as i dont want to waste a single day .
secondly i ve to book seats should we go in dec or march ?still we ve not decided so confused . when are the holidays for christmas .?
can one get any appartment on rent in vacations ? wht abt sin card the offices will be closed so when is the good time to go . comments awaited : we have not done anything .so to wind up will take some time

feeling lonely on the forum....everyone is happy....almost spent a year on this forum...everyone was down initially....and then happiness started knoking on everyones door n giving medicals....and then wait started for ppr1...n now from where im looking, everyone is packing their bags.....
There was a time when our topic of discussion was same n now our topics r changing......waitings r changing...for most of u friends/relatives r WAITINg.....for me im WAITING for ppr 1.........

You are not alone... I have been informed by VO that they require Additional Security Checks for my application so you can imagine how miserable I be feeling as whatever conclusion they have made for an additional security checks is just their own misunderstanding and all I can do is sit and feel sorry and wonder what went wrong ....

Yaar.. what to say. aadmi ko dukh hoga to woh ofcourse dukhi hogaa.. log kehtey rahengay k dont worry, everything will be alright but i know these words dont matter in this situation.

I wont say this to you, but I must say one thing.. now when i compare this time (since i am in Canada, applying for various things, searching for a good job, settling myself in much smaller residence compare in Pakistan etc) to that tough WAITING period, believe me it was nothing. Whatever time you are passing with your close relatives is very precious.

Also, utilize this time by preparing yourself for here. Make your mind what you wanna do when you land here, either further studies OR job search. If you want to search job 1st, learn the Canadian job market, their demands. Make CVs which will capture employers attention quickly. (I made 6 OR 7 Resume for different companies)

Further Studies are your target then check with SAIT OR Columbia college about their courses. As I am here in Calgary, will be applying in University of Calgary for Masters inshahAllah.

Also, Prepare yourself for Knowledge test online (1st stage driving test for Drivers class 7).

I really miss that time, when i was waiting for the visa in Pakistan and didnt do much.

Ask whatever you want to, I will try to help you in every way brother. Dont lose hope.
