Well since your score is 390, Provincial nomination is the only way for you at the moment, Especially if you do not have job offer from Canada as well. Please note that in last draw (dated. 6th april) cut off score was 470.

But since your NOC is 2132, that is, Mechanical engineer, which regulated occupation in Canada.Hence to claim points under provincial nomination with this NOC, you may require licence too. Only after that you will get nomination from a province. Getting that licence is a tough job.

some more knowledgeable people please correct me if I am wrong.

my points are 280 and i am in express entry pool ,my consultant asked me to get better band to improve the score,plz let me know what we have to do after entering the pool bcoz my consultant is not updating me n I m just blind about my profile,he gave me ref number but said that only they can chk because its in their quota,i don't understand,
if some has applied through consultant plz let me know are they right?
I know so many question but I m very depress about this procedure
all my friends got their visa who applied 10 days before expressentry Sad

You need at least 450 points in order to have any chance of being selected under Federal Skilled Worker / Express Entry. So if you only have 280 points, you have a long way to go.

I am asked to send my documents to CHC Islamabad through an email which came from Ottawa. During the whole procedure I always got emails in Canadian working hours.

Guys I have a question, I received my AOR on 1st February 2016 and had all the required POF at that time. But due to some reasons I had to move those funds elsewhere and they are not present in that account anymore, can that have any impact on the application? I can have the POF easily at the time of landing, but do they confirm Bank Account Balances with the Bank and do banks divulge such information? What i understand is that they can only confirm the authenticity of the Bank Documents submitted e.g. Bank Balance Certificate, Confirming account existence etc.

Need your opinion on this as I'm getting a little tensed about this now. Thanks in advance for your support!

OK I did apply for ICAS, just received a message from them that I need to resend my docs by having them attested again. I had them attested last year, and according to them the documents should be attested within 6 months of sending date,

My question is, regarding HEC, I have already attested my docs last year, will they again attest them and what is the procedure??
