It is written on PPR that it can take 4 weeks for visa stamps plus 3 days if passport not stamped in 4 weeks.

i agree, but the VFS guys said average time is 2-3 weeks. I was asking currently my status shows passport has been forwarded to visa office, islamabad. For more info call VFS.

will the status remain like this through out, or it will change time to time?

Hello,

Hope you are fine. I have some questions that I hope you will help me in giving correct answers to them.

I have applied under Skilled Workers Overseas stream. My occupation that I found in the list of NOC 2006/NOC 2011 is Software Engineer and Designer (2173) after which I suppose that my occupation is regulated, am I right? Please tell me what will be the appropriate answer of the following questions:

> If your occupation is regulated, what steps will you take to meet the requirements for working in this occupation in Manitoba?

Help is needed...

> If your occupation is regulated, can you start the licensing process before you arrive? Yes or No

I guess the Answer: Not applicable

> If your occupation is regulated, in what related, non-regulated occupations could you find skilled employment in Manitoba based on your training and work experience?

Help is needed...

> If your occupation is not regulated, what steps will you take before you arrive in Manitoba to ensure you find skilled employment soon after arriving in Manitoba?

I guess the Answer: Not applicable

I will appreciate your help.

Regards,

Noor

Help is needed... my noc is 1111, i got pnp from ON, i didnt take any step for it and got PPR Alhamdulillah - My NOC is regulated in ON. Its a requirement for job not for PR app.

> If your occupation is regulated, can you start the licensing process before you arrive? Yes or No yes, in my case I will get license prior to land if I fulfill all requirements

I guess the Answer: Not applicable

> If your occupation is regulated, in what related, non-regulated occupations could you find skilled employment in Manitoba based on your training and work experience? I didnt get the question, however both regulated or non-regulated occupations, license is the requirement for job not PR and employers in Canada more look for Canadian qualification and experience. I have heard that if you dont have either of canadian experience or education you have to compromise initially in job and as time passes you will get settled. try to get canadian certifications

Help is needed...

> If your occupation is not regulated, what steps will you take before you arrive in Manitoba to ensure you find skilled employment soon after arriving in Manitoba? apply at different job portals and pray to ALLAH :D

I guess the Answer: Not applicable

I will appreciate your help.

yes get them attested and send them to WES :) Attestation of marksheet isnt required. just send a copy of it :)

make sure you get photocopy of certificates attested. attestation of stamp shall be original.

I didnt completely understand you query, but as per my knowledge:-

If you have CLB 9 (L:8 and S/W/R: 7) and have 1 post secondary degree of equivalent to 3 years canadian degree than you get 25 extra points in CRS/EE.
If you have CLB 9 and atleast 1 degree of equivalent to 3 years canadian degree and a diploma or a certificate or a degree than you get 50 extra points in CRS/EE.

Level of education to be selected in EE depends on your assessment of ECA.

you saved my life brother :P 8) :o

I ve recently attested my docs from BISE Multan.
They ve 2 departments for degree attestation. 1 is at the reception, 2500 rs. for 1 certificate. and they will then send docs to IBCC lhr. (That is not required for Canada) However I did that. And my docs were rejected by WES. So I went again, there is another department especially for Canada. It is inside Board Building. They will charge 5200 for Matric n F.Sc. Bring WES form with you, as it is required there. Then they will post it by their own to WES and will charge separately for that.

What about Bachelor degree? will you send it separately to WES from HEC?
