Pakistan - Medicine - House Job - Experience or Education?

I think subject of this post clarified what I want to ask.

I am in process of filling Express Entry profile.

House Job of 1 year done should be counted as part of education or experience?

Were you able to get an ITA based on your house job?
Was it in one hospital or multiple?
How did you manage to get experience letter, If it was from multiple hospitals?
I have Successfully immigrated as an immigrant and I am from the Engineering profession. I am asking on behalf of my sister

Would strongly discourage physicians from moving to Canada unless they don’t want to practice. The chances of getting licensed are pretty minimal especially for specialists.
