yo blql theek hh use their portal to send emails and write ur date as well and tell them that hoe late it is ur application has exceeded mentioned time ....also send inquiry on london office as well they help in replying
soon as well..its my personal experience

my file was also in islamabad but everh time I pit inquiry in london office I got reply in 7 days

My father is a supporting me.
I did Olevels and Alevels.
Ielts band 7.

i hopeeee i will get a medical call on MONDAYY :/ Its so frustratinggg

If you have recently completed A levels and your father has sufficient proof of funds especially a 4-6 months old funds then you WILL get it

yes i have recently completed A levels. And my bank statement is 4 months maintained.
i have also send them the case specific enquiry .. lets see what happen next.

My advice, don,t send them repeated inquiries. As you have received a reply that application is in process, then don,t send them an other e.mail for at least two weeks.

Sit back and relax, You will get your medical very soon

The more e-mails you send them, the more it delays your file and pisses them off ..
I have the same case and got the same e-mail of being in process and under review.
Which university are you headed to?
